Josh Is Finally Married!!!!!!!

On a happier note.....

Josh just got married. I went down for his wedding and had a wonderful time.

They were doing it "simple" for now. Tai's dad has some major illnesses going and just in case...

Anyway, David and I were there, and Tai's sister and best friend and her parents....

Regina, did you write this on the Trib, on this date:

justducky: 6/17/2009 9:49:00PM -5

TO ALL OF YOU INTOLEARANT TRIB GROUPIES:
How is it so humerous that an individual is kidnapped by Mexican scum, then some ignorant trib readers bash the victim in this case because he is a Mormon? What if the victim in this story was a typical trib reader, a gay Rocky Anderson supporter? Would all of you lefties still have the same hateful comments???
How ironic that you feel so free to bash people based on their religion, but are demanding respect and validation by the rest of society so you can marry your limp wristed 'partner'?
If you want tolerance, maybe you should start by practicing it yourselves!

*********************************

If so, then I would like to inform you that there are lots of readers of the Trib that are not lefties. So if you want to lecture people about tolerance, practice it yourself.

Helene,
NO! I emphatically did not leave that at the Trib! I'll leave both comments up for a bit, but then I'm taking down yours and mine.
I haven't been posting for awhile now......

I doubted that you had posted that, despite the "JustDucky" alias. I hope all is well.

Hello. I'd like to communicate with you concerning a research project I am working on regarding the interactions between the LDS and polygamists following the raid on the FLDS ranch in Texas last year. If you could email me your contact information (ryantcragun@hushmail.com), I would be happy to explain the full project to see if you are interested in participating.

Best,

About Me

My photo
First I am a mother, and grandmother....that is probably the single most important aspect of my life. Then I am a family advocate for a large, national advocacy organization. I work primarily in "systems advocay", helping to identify needs and change policies in children's behavioral health. And I love my dogs, my garden, my pond and fish, and trashy murder mysteries and the occasional shot of good scotch.... Fell free to post a note in whatever the most recent entry is...I love meeting new people!
